Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, along with receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues — Contact us immediately upon receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items — Custom/personalised items, perishable goods, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges — Return the item first; once accepted, make a new purchase.

EU Customers — You have 14 days to cancel or return under EU cooling-off rules.

Refunds — Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, email smileshopindia@gmail.com.
